Chlorinated HAP and Acid Gas Processing Experience
Anguil has great success solving a wide range of emission
control problems in the pharmaceutical industry. As companies
struggle to comply with the EPA's MACT (Maximum Achievable Control
Technology) standards or international regulations, it is
comforting to know that Anguil thoroughly understands your process.
Over 28 years of experience treating halogenated, VOC and HAP
process streams enable us to efficiently solve your pollution
control problems.
Anguil's breadth of technologies makes us the best choice for
the varied needs of the pharmaceutical industry. Your needs will be
met through an extensive engineering study, gaining a complete
understanding of process flow, oxygen levels, and minimum, average
and peak emission levels. Our process experts then analyze a
detailed summary of your process to select and recommend the most
cost-effective emission control system. The final recommendation
would include a turnkey installation of the proper equipment
solution, as well as review and participation in the selection
process for determining of collection methods and systems. We have
handled High Volume Low Concentration process streams, which
usually have plenty of oxygen present with Concentrators, Catalytic
Oxidizers and RTOs (Regenerative Thermal
Oxidizers). Historically, we have applied Thermal
Recuperative and Direct Fired Thermal Oxidizers on
Low Volume High Concentration streams that could be inert.
Anguil is very aware of the demand to keep your company
functioning and profitable. Consequently, our system approach and
turnkey installations do not require complete shutdown of your
process lines.
Whether your company's air emissions are from process reactors,
distillation units, centrifuges, storage tanks or pill drying
ovens, Anguil likely has experience dealing with your
application.
