JOB SUMMARY

We are searching for a full time Sales Administrator with the right skill-set and attitude to join our team. The selected person will work closely with members of our sales and marketing departments to support the implementation of sales initiatives to further company growth.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION

The selected candidate will be expected to perform a variety of activities that assist in the sales process. These often include working on several active projects simultaneously to meet customer requests and sales objectives.

  • Collaboration with the Anguil Sales Department, both internal and remote co-workers
  • Proposal generation including costing and order processing in an enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
  • Document creation and maintenance
  • Account and opportunity management using a customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Assist Marketing with various promotions and projects

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Business experience or related professional qualification preferred but not mandatory:

  • Some sales experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; written and verbal
  • Collaborative and individual ambition
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle a diverse range of tasks simultaneously
